CASE 004 · Murder mystery
A private museum viewing ends with the curator dead. Meet the four guests before you search the gallery and check their stories.

The story begins
Moonlight falls above the Bellwether Museum's glass roof. Its doors are shut to the public. Inside, curator Rowan Vale has gathered four guests to view the collection and talk about its future.
An art restorer, dealer, donor and assistant share the evening. Then someone calls for help. Rowan is found unconscious behind a statue and later dies. The gallery is quiet again, but its guests' stories need a closer look.
Four people tied to one collection
One guest has repaired the art. Another hopes to sell it. A third gave the collection to the museum, while a fourth works with Rowan every day. Each sees the same rooms in a different way.
Security searched the exhibition rooms at 21:27. Only Rowan and the four guests were there. Door records and a full video show that nobody else entered before she was found. Your file also includes reports and witness checks made later.

Look closely at the people and the room
The museum setting is quiet, but the people have different interests in its collection. Read their short accounts and compare them with what you find in the room. You do not need any knowledge of art to solve the case.
Start by learning each person's role. Then ask what supports their story. A confident answer is still only an answer until you check it. Your final clue must prove a particular statement wrong.
What to expect when you play
The opening shows the private viewing before you begin. The game gives you a gallery to search and four people to interview. Later reports are already in the case file. You can read them as part of your investigation.
Choose untimed practice to explore without a clock. Timed mode gives you the same case in five minutes. In either mode, explain who acted, how and when, then match a false statement to a clue you found.
Choose your pace
Tap Begin investigation to start a new five-minute attempt. The clock keeps running if you leave or close the game. To play without a clock, choose Untimed practice on the case summary.
You can submit your final answer once per attempt. New to the game? Read how to play before you begin.
Content notes
This fictional story includes murder, a person found unconscious who later dies, and worries about work or money. The opening shows a still hand and sleeve. The face and any injuries stay out of view.
