Something went wrong?

Tell us the case name, what happened and which browser and device you were using. A screenshot can help. Please leave out passwords, payment details and other private information.

Questions about a clue?

Tell us if a sentence is hard to follow or a clue does not fit. Put the case name in your email subject. Mark any answer details as spoilers.

For a guide or quick mystery, include its title and which step confused you. If another answer seems to fit, tell us which clues point to it. This helps us check and explain the puzzle more clearly.
